Candidate will join a large national firm platform, take responsibility for originating work, coach and supervise junior lawyers, and play a central role in business development for the region.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record originating and leading complex finance and corporate matters, with specific experience in investment/asset management
Demonstrated business development skills and experience managing and mentoring teams
Active bar admission in Colorado or willingness to qualify
