Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a finance and corporate practice in Denver. The role involves advising institutional and corporate clients on investment management and asset management matters, leading complex transactions and strategic mandates.

Candidate will join a large national firm platform, take responsibility for originating work, coach and supervise junior lawyers, and play a central role in business development for the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record originating and leading complex finance and corporate matters, with specific experience in investment/asset management
• Demonstrated business development skills and experience managing and mentoring teams
• Active bar admission in Colorado or willingness to qualify
