Partner — Finance & Corporate, Frankfurt

Senior partner role for a top-tier international firm’s finance and corporate practice based in Frankfurt. The role will lead and expand work across asset management and investment management matters, advising fund managers, institutional clients and financial sponsors on transactional and regulatory issues.

The team combines cross-border finance capability with corporate and fund expertise; the partner will be expected to develop business, lead client engagements and mentor senior associates.

• Proven partner-level experience in asset management and investment management transactions and regulatory matters.
• Track record of leading cross-border finance and corporate mandates and managing senior deal teams.
• Strong client development and people management skills in a fast-paced practice.
• Admitted/qualified to practise in Germany or eligible for local qualification; fluency in English and German preferred.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
