Partner, Finance & Corporate — Los Angeles

Leading national law practice seeks a partner to join its Los Angeles finance and corporate team. The role focuses on advising institutional and corporate clients on transactional and regulatory matters across finance, asset management and investment management workstreams.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead client relationships, work across multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with broad U.S. and cross-border capabilities.

• Established partner with a proven track record in finance and corporate transactions, especially asset/investment management matters
• Strong client-development and team leadership skills; experience supervising associates
• Bar admission in California (or eligible) and significant relevant experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
