Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles finance and corporate practice. The role will focus on cross-border and domestic transactional work across finance, corporate governance, securities, and related private equity and venture capital matters.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of originating and managing client relationships, leading complex transactions, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a client-facing senior role with significant business development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in finance, corporate or securities transactions, including private equity, venture capital or capital markets matters
• Proven origination and relationship-management skills
• Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and ability to practice in the US
