Partner — Finance & Corporate, New York

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Finance & Banking and Corporate practice in New York with a focus on asset and investment management work. The role combines client origination, high‑level deal work, and responsibility for expanding a book of business in the US market.

The partner will advise institutional and corporate clients on complex finance, investment management and transactional matters, supervise associates, and collaborate with cross‑practice teams on multilayered transactions and regulatory issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established record of originating and managing finance and corporate matters, with demonstrable client relationships in asset/investment management
• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience at partner level
• Active New York bar admission (or ability to be admitted)
