Partner opportunity in a national finance practice with a strong renewable energy/project‑finance focus. The role sits on a cross‑disciplinary team advising sponsors, lenders and developers on project finance and structured finance matters in the energy transition space.

Ideal candidates will lead transaction execution, originate new client relationships in the renewables sector, and work with a national network of finance and energy lawyers. The position offers a platform to build a regional practice while leveraging broader firm resources.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading project finance or structured finance transactions in the renewable energy sector
• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development ability
• Admission to practice in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
