Senior finance partner role to lead and grow a project finance and renewables practice from the firm's Detroit office. The role combines client-facing deal work, team leadership on complex financings, and active business development across energy and infrastructure transactions.

The successful candidate will advise sponsors, lenders and project owners on structured financings, renewable energy projects and related commercial matters. This is a partnership-opening role with responsibility for expanding a market-facing practice and mentoring junior lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in project finance and renewable energy transactions
Proven business development and client-originating track record
Ability to lead deal teams and develop mid-senior associates
