Partner — Finance & Insurance, Des Moines

Leading national law firm is recruiting a partner to grow and lead its finance and insurance practice from the Des Moines office. The role focuses on transactional and advisory matters across commercial finance and insurance-related work, with responsibility for originating opportunities and managing client relationships.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling complex matters for corporate and institutional clients. This is a visible role with client exposure, internal leadership expectations and significant business development responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in finance and insurance-related work
• Proven business development record and ability to originate and manage client relationships
• Admission to the Iowa bar or willingness to seek admission; excellent communication and team leadership skills
