An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin office, sitting at the intersection of Finance and Banking, Intellectual Property, and Antitrust and Competition.

The role offers a broad, cross-practice platform with a strong concentration in private equity, patent litigation, and competition matters. The firm maintains significant industry strength across private equity, life sciences and technology, and energy, with the Texas presence supporting a growing client base.

This is an opportunity for a partner with an existing practice to leverage a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and an open compensation structure.
