Partner — Finance, Intellectual Property & Antitrust (Austin)

Senior partner hire to lead and grow integrated Finance, IP litigation (with a life‑sciences and technology focus) and antitrust work in Austin. The role combines hands‑on litigation and strategic client development across private equity, patent litigation and finance matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi‑practice team, take primary responsibility for major client relationships and help build cross‑practice matters that span patent and antitrust litigation tied to transactional work.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established partner track record in patent litigation and antitrust matters, ideally with experience involving private equity clients
• Proven client origination and relationship management with a demonstrable revenue record
• Significant trial or high‑stakes litigation experience and ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
