Partner — Finance, Intellectual Property & Antitrust (Dallas)

Senior partner role to lead and grow a cross-practice team handling finance, patent litigation, and antitrust matters. The position emphasizes patent litigation in life sciences and technology, antitrust work connected to private equity transactions, and industry-facing matters in energy and related sectors.

The role requires hands-on litigation and client development, collaborating with national teams and supporting complex, multi-disciplinary matters. The team operates with an open compensation system and seeks a partner who can drive practice growth and integrate work across finance, IP, and competition disciplines.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and antitrust matters, preferably with private equity-related work
• Track record of originating and managing high-value client relationships
• Experience leading teams on cross-practice, multi-jurisdictional matters
