Partner — Finance, IP Litigation — Austin

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Austin office and lead a cross-practice finance and intellectual-property litigation platform. The role will combine high-stakes patent litigation work with complex financing matters, including leveraged and structured finance transactions.

Ideal candidate will manage significant matters, supervise and develop fee-earners, and drive business development to grow the practice regionally. You will work with an experienced team on trial-ready patent disputes and sophisticated finance mandates.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and related IP disputes
• Proven track record on leveraged/structured finance matters or cross-border financing transactions
• Demonstrable business development and client-management skills
