Partner — Finance, Litigation & Intellectual Property (Philadelphia)

Senior partner hire to lead and grow an integrated finance and litigation practice in Philadelphia, with particular strength across leveraged/structured finance and patent litigation. The role will focus on originating and managing complex financing transactions and high-value IP disputes for corporate and institutional clients.

This is a leadership role with responsibility for client development, cross-practice collaboration, and managing partner- and senior-associate-led teams on major matters. The position suits a commercially minded litigator or finance partner with an established practice and the ability to expand client relationships in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in finance transactions and/or patent litigation
• Proven client origination and relationship-management track record
• Admission to practice in Pennsylvania (or willingness to obtain)
