Partner — Finance, Litigation & IP (Tampa)

Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to strengthen and grow a cross-practice finance, litigation and intellectual property capability in the Tampa office. The role will focus on leveraged and structured finance work alongside high-stakes patent litigation matters.

The partner will originate and develop client relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams on complex matters, and collaborate with national and international colleagues to expand the desk’s footprint. Strong business development skills and experience managing significant litigation and finance engagements are essential.

• Admission to practice and active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
• Proven track record of partner-level originations and client management
• Significant experience in leveraged and structured finance and patent litigation
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams on complex, cross-practice matters
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
