Senior partner hire to lead and grow a finance- and capital-markets-focused practice in the Dallas office of a major national firm. The role combines client-facing deal work with team leadership and business development responsibilities across debt and equity capital markets and related financing transactions.

The successful candidate will advise corporate and institutional clients on complex securities and financing matters, mentor associates, and work closely with cross-office teams on regional and national matters. Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and finance transactions
Track record of originating and leading multi-party financing and securities matters
Strong business development and client-relationship skills; ability to attract new work and expand existing accounts
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in Texas
