Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its New York finance and securities team. The role focuses on capital markets and corporate finance matters across public and private transactions.
The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, leading complex deals, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing origination opportunities within the practice.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in capital markets, corporate finance or securities work
- Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible) with a strong track record of client origination and relationship management
