Partner, Healthcare Litigation & Technology — Delaware

Senior litigation partner opportunity within a national law firm practice focused on healthcare, life sciences and digital health disputes and regulatory matters. The role combines courtroom and trial experience with cross-disciplinary work at the intersection of healthcare and technology.

The team handles complex litigation, regulatory responses, and enforcement defense for healthcare and life-sciences clients, including matters involving digital health tools, data/privacy issues, and product-related disputes. The role calls for a partner who will lead matters, develop strategy, and expand client relationships.

• Established partner with substantial experience in healthcare and life‑sciences litigation, including digital health matters
• Proven trial and regulatory defense record and ability to manage large, interdisciplinary matters
• Strong business development skills and existing client relationships in the healthcare/life‑sciences sector
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
