Seeking a partner to lead and grow a healthcare and life‑sciences litigation practice with a focus on digital health and technology‑related disputes. The role sits in the Philadelphia office and will work across litigation, regulatory and technology teams to provide integrated advice to clients in healthcare, life sciences and digital health sectors.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role on high‑value matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national teams on cross‑jurisdictional disputes and regulatory issues. Business development and relationship management with clients in the health‑tech and life‑sciences space will be central to the role.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner‑level litigation practice with experience in healthcare, life sciences or digital health disputes
Proven trial or complex motion practice and experience handling regulatory interfaces in healthcare matters
Track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading teams
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
