Partner — Healthcare Litigation, Walnut Creek

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to build and lead a healthcare litigation practice in the Walnut Creek office. The role is client-facing and involves managing substantial defense matters for healthcare and life‑sciences clients.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a team, handle trial and dispositive motion work, and drive business development to expand regional healthcare litigation engagements. This is a hands‑on leadership role with significant fee‑earner responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in healthcare and life‑sciences litigation, including trial experience
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Experience managing teams and mentoring associates; active California bar membership preferred
