Partner — Litigation & Employment (Walnut Creek)

Seeking a partner-level litigator to join a well-established practice handling commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, healthcare-related disputes, and construction and professional liability work. The role will involve courtroom and appellate advocacy as well as counseling clients on risk management and dispute avoidance.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead client engagements, develop new business, and work collaboratively across practice groups to service a mix of private and commercial clients. This is a partner opportunity with significant responsibility for case strategy, client relationships, and practice growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and litigation experience in commercial and employment disputes
• Demonstrable client development and origination track record
• Experience handling healthcare, construction, or professional liability matters preferred
