Partner, Healthcare & Regulatory (Los Angeles)

Excellent opportunity for a partner-level lawyer to join a well-established healthcare, regulatory and transactional team in Los Angeles. The role combines regulatory licensing work with healthcare transactional matters, working across compliance, corporate and regulatory practices.

The successful candidate will lead client matters, develop business, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex regulatory and transactional issues. This is a visible role with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters
• Track record advising on licensing, compliance and cross-practice healthcare transactions
• Active admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong client-development skills
