Partner — Insurance & Reinsurance, Dubai

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy insurance and reinsurance practice in Dubai. The role combines high‑value advisory and contentious work across the regional insurance market, with responsibility for client relationships, business development and practice management.

The successful candidate will join a well‑established international practice and will play a key role in setting strategy, mentoring fee‑earners and expanding the team’s regional footprint. This is a hands‑on leadership role with significant client‑facing and revenue‑generation expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience advising on insurance and reinsurance matters in the Middle East or comparable markets
• Proven record of business development and team leadership
• Qualifications and/or admissions enabling senior partner practice in relevant jurisdictions and the ability to work in the UAE
