Partner, Real Estate — Dubai

Leading international law firm platform is seeking a senior partner to join its Dubai real estate team with a focus on infrastructure and construction-related work. The role is targeted at a senior lawyer who can immediately contribute to and broaden an established regional practice.

The successful candidate will work across infrastructure, energy-transition and large-scale construction matters, leveraging cross-border capability and coordinating with specialist teams across the region. This is an opportunity to join a team with existing capacity and a pipeline of complex real estate and project work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in real estate and infrastructure or construction-related matters
• Experience advising on large-scale project/transactional work and related dispute or arbitration issues
• Demonstrated ability to originate and lead client relationships across the Middle East
