Senior-level opening for an intellectual property partner to lead and grow IP work out of the Ann Arbor office. The role focuses on expanding a market-facing IP practice across patent, trademark and related counseling for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will take ownership of business development, client relationship management, and matter delivery while mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy and drive growth within a well-established regional/national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience practicing intellectual property law at partner level, with track record of originating and managing client matters
• Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions; active USPTO registration preferred where applicable
