An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York office and help drive growth across several complementary practices. The role spans corporate work, including private equity transactions, alongside intellectual property, antitrust and competition, and energy matters.

The ideal candidate brings a sophisticated transactional and advisory practice, with the versatility to work across a range of industries. Key sector strengths for the group include private equity, life sciences and technology, and energy. The IP offering includes a strong patent litigation focus, particularly in the life sciences and technology space, while antitrust work is closely tied to private equity clients and related competition issues.

This is a partner-level opening suited to an entrepreneurial practitioner with an existing client following who is looking to platform a portable practice within a collegial, growth-oriented environment.
