Partner, Intellectual Property & Antitrust — New York

Experienced lateral partner sought to join a large national law firm’s New York office to lead and expand IP-focused litigation and antitrust matters. The role sits at the intersection of patent litigation (particularly life sciences and technology) and antitrust work connected to private equity transactions.

The practice offers an established platform, partner resources, and cross‑practice collaboration with corporate and energy teams. The successful candidate will take on client-facing responsibility, lead case strategy and trial preparation, and grow a market-facing practice in the region.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation, with significant work in life sciences and/or technology
• Substantial antitrust litigation experience, including matters tied to private equity or transaction-related disputes
• Proven trial and case-management record and ability to develop originations and lead teams
