- Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
- Extensive patent litigation experience, ideally with technology and/or life sciences matters
- Demonstrated antitrust litigation experience, including cases tied to private equity or transactional disputes
- Proven business development and client relationship skills; trial and courtroom experience
