The position requires a seasoned trial advocate who can lead complex IP enforcement and defense work, handle antitrust litigation connected to transactional and PE-related matters, and develop client relationships across these industries.

Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
Extensive patent litigation experience, ideally with technology and/or life sciences matters
Demonstrated antitrust litigation experience, including cases tied to private equity or transactional disputes
Proven business development and client relationship skills; trial and courtroom experience
