Partner, Intellectual Property & Antitrust — San Francisco

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead IP litigation and antitrust matters from the San Francisco office. The role emphasizes patent litigation in technology and life‑sciences sectors, together with competition work tied to private‑equity matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi‑disciplinary team and be expected to develop and defend high‑stakes litigation, supervise litigation teams, and cultivate client relationships across technology, life sciences and energy industry clients.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established trial and patent‑litigation experience in technology and/or life‑sciences matters
• Proven antitrust/competition experience, including work involving private‑equity transactions or challenges
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading litigation teams
