Partner — Intellectual Property — Austin

National law firm seeks a partner to strengthen its Intellectual Property practice in the Austin office. The role will involve leading client engagements, originating new business and supervising IP litigation and prosecution matters across a range of technologies.

The successful candidate will join a market-facing team, collaborate with transactional and litigation colleagues, and play a central role in business development and client relationship management in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in IP law, including litigation and/or prosecution experience
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers
