Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate, Raleigh

Seeking an experienced lateral partner to join a busy IP and corporate team in Raleigh. The role will focus on patent and IP litigation, corporate governance matters, and cross-practice work including complex commercial and mass-torts matters. The team prioritizes growth in corporate work as well as strengthening the IP litigation bench.

The firm seeks a partner with an established, portable practice who can generate and lead client engagements, work across offices in the southeastern U.S., and collaborate with litigation and transactional teams. The position offers flexible billing arrangements and the opportunity for equity on a case-by-case basis.

• Portable book of business of $850k (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent/IP litigation and corporate matters
• Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to work collaboratively across offices
• Experience leading complex commercial and mass-torts or high-stakes litigation matters
