Apply in confidence →Leading international law firm seeks an experienced IP partner to join its Hong Kong practice. The role involves advising on complex patent, trade mark and other IP matters for regional and multinational clients, with a strong cross-border China element.
The successful candidate will lead and develop a book of business, work closely with the existing IP team across the region, and provide senior-level client advice and mentoring to junior lawyers.
- Proven partner-level experience in intellectual property (litigation and/or advisory) in Hong Kong and the region
- Admitted in relevant jurisdiction(s) with ability to practise in Hong Kong
- Track record of originating and growing client relationships; strong commercial awareness
- Demonstrable team leadership and mentoring skills
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
