Lateral Partner, Litigation — Hong Kong

Senior litigation partner role to lead and grow a disputes practice in Hong Kong, with a focus on cross-border matters involving Greater China. The role will handle high-value commercial litigation and international arbitration, and will work closely with restructuring teams on complex creditor/debtor issues.

The firm seeks a senior hire able to develop client relationships across the region, act as a visible market-facing partner, and mentor a team of associates and counsel. This is a partnership-track position based in the Hong Kong office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established senior litigation partner with significant experience in commercial disputes and international arbitration
• Track record advising on restructuring/insolvency-related litigation or creditor-side matters
• Ability to originate and develop client relationships across Hong Kong and Greater China
• Proven people-management and business development skills
