Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Atlanta

Leading national practice group seeks a partner-level patent litigator to join its Atlanta team. The role focuses on managing and expanding high-value patent litigation matters across federal courts and the ITC, working with experienced trial teams and sophisticated corporate clients.

The successful candidate will take a client-facing role, supervising associates, developing business, and contributing to strategic growth of the practice in the region. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced IP litigation platform with cross‑office capabilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established record of handling patent litigation matters in federal court and/or the ITC
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills
• Leadership experience supervising teams of associates and liaising with in‑house counsel
