Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston IP litigation team. The role focuses on managing high-stakes patent litigation matters across district courts and the Federal Circuit, supervising associates, and developing trial strategy.

The successful candidate will join a busy, well-resourced practice with an emphasis on patent enforcement and defense for technology clients. This is an opportunity to build and lead matters while contributing to practice growth and client development.

Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
Established track record of handling complex patent litigation matters, including federal district court and appellate experience
Demonstrated experience leading teams and developing client relationships
Active bar admission in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain admission promptly
