Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Boston

Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston IP litigation team. The role focuses on managing high-stakes patent litigation matters across district courts and the Federal Circuit, supervising associates, and developing trial strategy.

The successful candidate will join a busy, well-resourced practice with an emphasis on patent enforcement and defense for technology clients. This is an opportunity to build and lead matters while contributing to practice growth and client development.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Established track record of handling complex patent litigation matters, including federal district court and appellate experience
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and developing client relationships
• Active bar admission in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain admission promptly
