Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Boston

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and expand a busy intellectual property litigation practice in Boston. The role focuses on patent prosecution and patent litigation matters across technology and life‑sciences clients, working with a cross‑disciplinary team of litigators and patent prosecutors.

The team handles high‑stakes contested matters and counseling engagements; the incoming partner will have responsibility for case strategy, courtroom advocacy, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a client‑facing leadership role with significant business development expectations.

• Established partner track record in patent litigation and/or patent prosecution
