Senior partner opportunity for an experienced IP litigator with a strong focus on patent prosecution and contentious matters. The role sits in the firm’s Chicago office and will lead national and regional matters across technology and life sciences sectors.

You will manage complex patent litigation, oversee prosecution strategies, and supervise associates and cross‑practice teams. The position requires significant client-facing experience and a proven ability to originate and grow work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in patent prosecution and IP litigation, including court and PTAB matters
• Bar admission in Illinois (or ability to obtain) and strong client development record
