Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Delaware

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a market-facing IP practice focused on patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation. The role will handle complex matters including Hatch-Waxman litigation and ITC (Section 337) investigations.

The successful candidate will work with an established IP bench to develop business, manage matters from filing through trial, and supervise associates and prosecution teams. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant practice-development responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner with demonstrable client origination and practice-development success in IP litigation and licensing
• Deep experience in patent prosecution and Hatch-Waxman/ANDA matters; familiarity with ITC Section 337 investigations preferred
• Track record of managing teams and running complex multi-jurisdictional patent matters
