Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property — Delaware

Senior-level opening for an intellectual property partner to join a national firm’s Delaware office. The role covers patent and trademark work across prosecution, enforcement and IP litigation for a mix of corporate clients.

The team handles complex infringement matters and counseling on brand protection; the group is multi-disciplinary and collaborates with transactional and regulatory colleagues on client matters. Candidates should be prepared to lead matters, develop business and mentor junior lawyers.

• Established IP practice with significant experience in patent and trademark matters
