Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Garden City (Long Island)

Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Intellectual Property litigation team in Garden City. The role focuses on leading high-stakes patent litigation matters, supervising litigation teams, and working directly with sophisticated clients across technology and life sciences sectors.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in case strategy and trial preparation, expand client relationships, and contribute to business development for the practice. This is a hands-on litigation leadership position with significant client contact and team management responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in patent litigation, including dispositive motion and trial experience
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships
• Experience managing litigation teams and mentoring junior lawyers
