Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Minneapolis

Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis intellectual property litigation team. The role focuses on patent litigation and related IP disputes across U.S. district courts and the Federal Circuit.

The successful candidate will manage complex, high-stakes matters, supervise associates, and work collaboratively with cross-office teams. This is a visible role with expectations for both case leadership and client relationship development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established experience in patent litigation, including dispositive motion and trial work
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and business development
• Experience supervising associates and managing large, cross‑functional teams
