Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand an intellectual property litigation practice out of the firm's New Jersey office. The role combines courtroom and trial-focused work with strategic counseling on IP portfolio disputes and enforcement.

The successful candidate will manage complex patent, trademark and related technology disputes, supervise associates, and work closely with a national litigation team. There is a strong emphasis on client development and cross-office collaboration as the office continues to grow.
