Senior litigation partner opportunity to join a recently opened New Jersey office of a national law firm. The role focuses on leading and expanding a commercial litigation practice, managing significant cases, and mentoring associates.

The team handles complex commercial disputes and requires a partner who can own matters from intake through trial, take a leading role in client relationship management, and drive business development in the region.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in commercial litigation and courtroom experience
• Experience building and leading teams and developing client relationships in the New Jersey market
• Active bar admission in New Jersey or immediate eligibility
