Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — San Francisco

Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its San Francisco intellectual property litigation team. The role focuses on patent litigation matters across technology sectors and involves leading major cases and managing cross-office teams.

The team represents sophisticated corporate clients in high-stakes IP disputes. The successful candidate will be expected to drive business development, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice growth and client relationship management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level patent litigation experience with trial and/or major motion practice
• Proven business development record and client-management skills
• Ability to lead teams and mentor associates in complex IP matters
• Active bar admission in California or ability to obtain it
