Partner, Intellectual Property — Salt Lake City

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to build and lead its Intellectual Property practice in the Salt Lake City office. The role will focus on patent and trademark work across prosecution, counseling and IP litigation for a range of commercial clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team, take a visible client-facing role, and help grow the local practice through new business development and cross-office collaboration. The team does not focus on certain large streaming-platform matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established patent and trademark practice with demonstrable client relationships
• Strong litigation experience or ability to handle IP disputes and enforcement matters
• Proven business development track record and experience working with national firm platforms
