A law firm is seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a patent litigation practice from its Salt Lake City office. The role focuses on high-value patent disputes, with opportunities to work on finance-related and structured/leveraged finance matters that touch on IP and complex commercial litigation.

The partner will take primary responsibility for matter leadership, trial and appellate advocacy, client relationship management, and originating new business. The position involves cross-practice collaboration with finance and commercial litigation teams and mentoring junior lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in patent litigation, including trial and appellate matters
Proven record of originating and managing client engagements and developing business
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to travel as needed
