Seeking a partner to lead and grow an intellectual property and technology practice from the firm's Charlotte office. The role focuses on IP counseling and technology matters, with significant work across telecommunications and life sciences sectors.

The successful candidate will join a senior team, advise sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, and help expand regional market presence. This is a leadership role combining legal expertise with business development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in intellectual property and technology matters
• Demonstrable track record of originating and growing client relationships, particularly in telecom and life sciences industries
• Active bar admission and strong credentials in transactional and counseling work
