Partner, Intellectual Property & Technology — Dallas

Opportunity for a lateral partner to join a busy IP and technology practice in Dallas. The role will focus on advising corporate clients across telecommunications and life sciences matters, combining strategic counseling with lead deal and matter management.

Candidate will join a collaborative team, take a leading client-facing role, and help grow the practice through originating and cross-selling work. The position offers significant responsibility for client relationship management and practice development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of originating and managing IP/technology matters, with experience in telecom and/or life sciences preferred
• Significant client development history and strong commercial acumen
• Active bar admission and JD or equivalent legal qualification
