Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Houston team to grow and lead Intellectual Property, Technology and corporate workstreams. The role will focus on IP litigation and transactions, technology transactions, and cross-border corporate matters including M&A and capital markets work.

The successful candidate will help win and manage client engagements across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national and international colleagues on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established partner-level record in IP, technology transactions or related corporate work (M&A/capital markets)
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring senior associates
