Partner, Intellectual Property & Technology — Palo Alto

Experienced IP partner sought to lead and grow a Technology-focused practice from the firm's Palo Alto office. The role is client-facing and combines patent/portfolio strategy, counseling on technology and telecom matters, and business development in life sciences and telecom sectors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative IP team advising corporate clients on complex technology, licensing and commercialization issues, and will play a senior role in originating and managing client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established book of originating clients and demonstrable business development experience in technology, telecom or life sciences sectors
• Significant partner-level experience in intellectual property law (patent prosecution/licensing, portfolio strategy or related counseling)
• Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Palo Alto office
