Partner, Investment Funds — Singapore

Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established investment funds practice in Singapore. The role focuses on fund formation and investment management work, advising fund sponsors and managers on structuring, regulatory compliance and cross-border fundraising.

The team handles a mix of private funds and investment-management mandates that require close engagement with regional markets and regulators. The partner will build client relationships, originate mandates and work with international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Proven record in fund formation and investment management work in Asia
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
• Admission to practice in Singapore or comparable common-law jurisdiction; ability to practice locally preferred
