Partner, Project Finance — Singapore

Senior project finance partner role based in Singapore within a well-established projects practice. The team advises on full-cycle infrastructure and project finance matters across the region, and is seeking a partner to lead transactions, develop client relationships and expand the practice.

The role involves originating work, managing complex financings and coordinating cross-border teams. The successful candidate will join a broad projects/committees practice and work with experienced lawyers across finance, regulatory and commercial disciplines.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in infrastructure and project finance transactions
• Experience leading cross-border financings and managing deal teams
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
