Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record of IP litigation at partner level, including dispositive motions and trials
Substantial experience representing healthcare or life‑sciences clients on IP disputes
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams and to grow client relationships
Admission to practice in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)
